ManyChat has a great amount of information about your contacts, your tools, and their connection with each other. For example, you can always track how many contacts got specific messages, or how many contacts clicked certain buttons in your Flows.
This article is dedicated to our instruments for tracking that information — every section shows different numbers with different meanings, and we want to help you understand these numbers so you can know ManyChat like the back of your hand.
Use our section directory to quickly navigate through the page!

Dashboard's "Bot Overview" tab will show you information about your bot's channels (SMS/Email stats) and entities (Growth Tools, Sequences, Flows, etc.), active contacts and the audience's growth and its segments:
You can analyze audience growth here with 3 different graphs:
1. Active Contacts
2. Net Contacts
3. Active & Inactive Contacts
'Active Contacts' graph shows how many Contacts you have right now (big blue numbers on the screenshot above); Active Contacts, Inactive Contacts and Net Contacts numbers for the chosen period are under the graph.
You can choose any time period you want, and the numbers below the graph will change accordingly. NOTE: When selecting Today, you will see stats for the past 24 hours. These stats may differ when you check them a day after, because of that.
'Net Contacts' graph shows you numbers that represent Active Contacts minus Inactive Contacts for each day. You also can play with time periods here.
'Active & Inactive Contacts' shows you day by day statistics for a contact who subscribed and unsubscribed from your bot (see what I did there?). This view helps you analyze why you have ups and downs, which dates those ups and downs correlate to, and give you some insight into how you can get more contacts!
This window at the bottom of the Bot Overview allows you to quickly review stats of your current contacts, quickly open their profiles from here and check how many of each entity you have in your bot.
You can open each tab by simply clicking on it!
"Metrics" tab displays information about your earnings and contacts's activity on pages embedded with ManyChat Pixel. If you are at loss with any specific number, just hover over "?" symbol to get more information!
You can change the currency for the view and displayed statistics by specific conversion event.

There is not much statistical information in the LiveChat section: here you can see the contact's profile like in the Contacts tab and the time when contacts interacted with your page. NOTE: "interaction" is the live message to your page through direct messages. Opt-ins from different Growth Tools and bot messages will not count.

It says: "Due to platform limitations we cannot definitely track Growth Tool impressions and opt-in message stats. The first time we can track a user is when he/she clicks a button in your Opt-In Message". |
'Conversion' rate is the percentage of contacts who'd opted-in after completing the “Impression” action.
Broadcasts
Dashboard | Contacts | LiveChat | Growth Tools | Broadcasts | Automation | Flows | SMS | Email | Settings
Important note: the stats in a Broadcast will only be displayed if its Starting Step is of the "Send Message" type. Conditions, Randomizers, and other block types that do not have Sent/Read/Clicked stats of their own will make their Broadcasts show all stats as 0 regardless of the actual outcome.

Flows

There are individual stats for every message block in every Flow:
Sent — how many times the Message block was sent to the contacts.
Delivered — how many contacts opened Messenger but didn’t read the message.
Opened — how many contacts opened the message in Messenger.
Clicked — how many contacts clicked on the button in the message.
Important note: buttons individually count clicks by unique subscribed contacts. What does it mean?
Each button counts the percent of the contacts from total (4) that clicked on it. In the example of the first button, 50% (2 contacts) clicked on it. They clicked 2 times each, but that doesn't matter: we are counting only the unique subscribed contacts, not the number of clicks.
At the same time, all contacts clicked on the second button and only one has chosen the third. Therefore 100% and 25%.
Here you can see how many Responses you've received via User Input block:
If your Flow connected to the website with a Pixel, it will also display all earnings in each currency that was accepted in payment. Each Flow also displays number of collected phones and emails:
SMS
